Food & Beverage Manager *Private Golf & Country Club | North of Nashville, TN* A premier private golf and country club north of Nashville is seeking an experienced *Food & Beverage Manager* to join its leadership team. this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader. The club is growing its food & beverage program and is looking for someone who can *step in, take ownership and make an immediate impact.* *What You'll Do as a Food & Beverage Manager* * Oversee daily food & beverage operations across multiple outlets * Lead, train and develop servers, bartenders and support staff * Ensure exceptional service and a high-quality member experience * Manage scheduling, staffing and daily floor operations * Partner with the Director of F&B on operational and financial goals * Support events, club functions and high-volume service * Maintain strong communication between front and back of house * Build a culture of hospitality, accountability and teamwork *What We're Looking For Food & Beverage Manager* * *3+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience* * Proven ability to lead and develop a team * Strong service and hospitality skills * Hands-on leadership style with a sense of urgency * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Comfortable working in a high-touch, member-focused environment * *Private club experience is a plus, but not required* * Must be available to work *nights and weekends* Compensation & Benefits * *$65-80K base salary, based on experience* * *Quarterly bonus opportunity* * PTO/vacation * Paid holidays * 401(k) with company match * Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance * Meal allowance *The club is closed on Mondays.* If you're an experienced F&B leader looking to move beyond the traditional restaurant environment and into a *beautiful, member-focused private club*, this is an opportunity worth exploring. #EHS1 Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
