We need a dynamic and experienced F&B professional who is looking for more this can be your opportunity to change your life! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and you will have the ability to grow with us.
Federal Golf Club is a member’s club but open to the public. We have a 7 day bar and the kitchen is open 6 days week. We have a good mix of coffee, wine, beers and food.
The position will primarily be Tuesday to Saturday and has a great work life balance with not many late nights which is fantastic for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities : Lead from the front and optimise the operations of our Food & Beverage to ensure exceptional service standards for members and guests.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and elevate the overall F&B offerings.Full control of the rosters while being supported by a Bar Manager, Functions Co-Ordinator and Head Chef.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and has the ability to grow this is a great opportunity to become more.Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of F&B management experienceCoffee and wine experienceResponsible service of alcohol certificateFood handling certificateA sound understanding of the Registered and Licensed Club AwardMust be a leader, who can show and explain what needs to be doneThe Offer : A competitive salary with training and development that will help you grow and learn.
