Job Description

Are you a hands-on hospitality leader with an entrepreneurial mindset? The Rise Resort is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Golf food outlets across Freddy’s Bistro, Dante’s Golf Lounge, and our Beverage Cart program.




This is a year-round leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, and is excited to bring progressive ideas that elevate the member and guest experience.




Key Responsibilities:

· Lead day-to-day Golf F&B operations across Freddy’s Bistro, Dante’s Golf Lounge, and Beverage Cart including register/service shifts throughout the week.

· Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff; set clear service standards and expectations

· Create and manage staff schedules aligned with tee sheet demand, events, weather, and peak periods

· Manage inventory and storage standards (pars, FIFO rotation, loss prevention)

· Place food and beverage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve delivery discrepancies

· Work closely with the Culinary Team and F&B leadership to ensure consistency, quality, and timing

· Drive sales through creative promotions, seasonal programming, and on-course offerings

· Maintain a 5-star guest experience; handle feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor service requirements

· Track and communicate key metrics (sales, labour, inventory variances) and operational needs

· Manage golf simulator bookings and operate for guests when needed.




What You Bring:

· 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory/lead role in food & beverage, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment

· Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

· Proven scheduling, organization, and attention to detail

· Experience with ordering, inventory control, and supplier management

· Guest-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

· Entrepreneurial, proactive approach—comfortable proposing and executing new ideas

· Availability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays during peak periods

· Golf knowledge and experience an asset




Certifications (Required or Must Be Obtained):

· Serving It Right (or ability to obtain quickly)

· Food Safe Level 1 minimum (Level 2 an asset)
