Position: Floor Server - Immersive Golf Venue (Free Golf + 50% Drinks)
Golf Fang is seeking a Floor Server to enhance guest experiences across our immersive entertainment venue in Cardiff. You will ensure guests are comfortable and happy, while delivering drinks around the golf course so they can enjoy to the fullest without queues at the bar.
The role requires strong customer service, effective communication and solid time-management, with PC literacy for booking systems and mobile devices. Training will be provided on brand values and service standards.
