Job Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work as a full-time employed club fitter at one of the most technologically advanced club fitting centres in the world. PureForm Golf is now owned by Club Champion (USA), the largest aftermarket club fitting company in the world. Established in 2014, PureForm Golf / Club Champion are the leading professionals in Australia when it comes to PGA Tour quality club fitting, club testing, and club building.
Utilising the latest in technology such as Trackman 4, advanced fitting software and high speed cameras, PureForm Golf / Club Champion accurately measures someone's current equipment and then finds the best equipment combination to improve a golfer's performance. The “PureForm Experience” is a streamlined approach to find the perfect fit amongst the newest clubs and shafts in the game and
delivers an overall experience to clients that is second to none.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
● Golf industry experience required
● Enthusiastic golfer with a passion for the game
● Team player and works well within a team environment
● PGA member and/or high level golfer (advantage)
● Sales experience, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and think on your feet
● High level customer service and strong interpersonal skills
● Trackman knowledge and experience (advantage)
● Basic computer proficiency
● Knowledge of the latest golf equipment and technology
● Someone who wants to become a leader in the golf industry
● Willing to learn new skills and techniques around fitting and sales
Remuneration:
● Salary plus Superannuation
● Commission on sales
8 Weeks of full training & onboarding provided
