Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in golf with club fitting experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High School education; college preferred
- PGA member or enrolled in the PGA Education Program

Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Provide club fitting services to Sea Island members and guests as required
- Assist with daily operations inside Golf Performance Center.
- Open and close the Golf Performance Center if required per procedures.
- Work required shifts at the Golf Performance Center including assisting with retail and club workshop duties
- Assist with set up and break down clubfitting area daily.
- Receive, confirm specifications, adjust clubs, and ship all custom club orders.
- Perform club repairs.
- Field questions regarding lessons and fittings and schedule appointments.
- Assist in retail area with merchandising and sales.
- Assist extensively with inventory control including the creation of PO’s, checking in merchandise, and physical counts.
- Assist with supervision of driving range operations and range staff.
- Maintain all fittings clubs.
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your supervisor.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area to answer any questions guests may have to the best of one’s ability
- If applicable, complete a Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) form on any issues (solved or unsolved issues) and follow-up on issues as needed (if computer access is not available give information to admin support)
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality/timing
- Uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
- Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership
