As part of the finance team of EMEA, you will be a key component of both financial and business communication. The ideal candidate should not only provide trustworthy information but also be able to articulate his/her own vision. We are expecting the candidate to be able to evolve internally to capture country realities.

Given the complexity of the scope (Subsidiaries, Joint-Ventures and Partners), the candidate will be the point of reference on finance matters in the various multi-disciplinary projects (closings, forecast, planning, product, margin, inventory) and we expect a strong sense of diligence and adapting communication skills in his/her previous experiences.

You'll Have the Chance To:

Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business model and key functions such as finance, supply, merchandising-planning and commercial which will give you the full understanding of the group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales planning:

- Coordinate the sales forecast of Global Travel Retail & Golf for all product categories with business leaders to deliver results aligned with strategic objectives & ensure completion of shared deliverables.

- Collect, review, and submit volumes in Hyperion for actual/budgets/forecasts of EMEA Travel Retail & Golf in coordination with business, planning and operations teams.

- Monitor schedule, deadlines and check monthly allocations.

- Engage and work with business leaders, drive discussions to build consensus around analysis and projections.

2. Finance & monitoring:

- Be responsible for the full P&L of Global Travel Retail & Golf and take decision to secure and grow the business with the business teams.

- Lead periodic closing process. Organize, coordinate, and challenge. Analyse performance and key drivers of variances vs budget/last forecast.

- In charge of CAR (capital Authorization request) process in terms of deadlines and consistency while ensuring right level of communication to Investment committee for Global Travel retail & Golf projects.

3. Be a business partner

- Develop expertise for strategic review to build a clear vision for Global Travel Retail & Golf with business teams

- Be part of the business: support commercial team in running their day-to-day operations

- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to management notably business and financial modelling to help decision making on projects.

- From data and financial analysis, be able to point out the existing problems in daily business operations and recommend the solutions to improve performance.

- Take part of key Travel Retail and Golf events (Fair Trade, TR College)

4. Support day-to-day activities

- Coordinate and consolidate the monthly financial closing for the EMEA region

- Consolidate the EMEA region budget and forecast

- Support EMEA monthly business reviews preparation for management

- Ah-hoc support when identified

Profile

The candidate shall have an interest in the fashion industry, product, figures and have a strong sense of analysis. You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.

We are looking for a dynamic profile with great growth potential. This position offers significant prospects for evolution and development over time within the region, country, or the group.

Education: Bac+5 (Master 2) University/Business School specializing in Finance

- 6+ years experience in a similar role in a multi-cultural environment

- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling

- Strong organization skills with attention to detail

- Autonomous and love taking initiatives.

- Able to grasp and retain new concepts quickly.

- Excellent communication skills and are a team player with a can-do attitude.

- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced business

- Be able to evolve in a matrix organization with operators around the world

- Strong Computer skills, experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Hyperion tools is a plus

- Fluent in English & French, any 3rd languages is a plus
