About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to support our customers across the Melbourne West and Geelong regions. Based in the field, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a fleet of electric, petrol, and diesel-powered vehicles. You'll be hands-on with everything from engines and drivetrain to steering and suspension – all while delivering top-tier customer service.

This a full-time, permanent position located in field, covering customers across Melbourne's west and northern suburbs (+ Geelong) with some occasional regional overnight travel required. Our state office is in Dandenong and you will need to attend this site on an as-needs basis.
Hours: Weekdays onsite from 8.00am - 4.00pm

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to support our customers across the Melbourne West and Geelong regions. Based in the field, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a fleet of electric, petrol, and diesel-powered vehicles. You'll be hands-on with everything from engines and drivetrain to steering and suspension – all while delivering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
Servicing and repairing golf carts and utility vehicles on-site
Diagnosing issues and replacing or repairing parts across vehicle systems
Meeting our 48-hour response target to minimise customer downtime
Preparing accurate quotes, invoices and job documentation
Liaising directly with customers to build strong working relationships
Supporting sales performance through excellent service delivery
Trade qualified mechanic (light vehicle, diesel, small engines, or similar)
At least 3–5 years’ experience in a mechanical field service or related role
Outstanding customer service skills – friendly, professional, and responsive
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently, managing jobs and travel schedules
Located in or near Melbourne's western suburbs (preferred), with flexibility for regional travel and occasional overnight stays
80-85K + super (commensurate with experience)
Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and tools
Full-time, permanent position with regular weekday hours (8am–4pm)
