About Unbound Golf
Unbound Golf is a premium indoor golf facility opening in Branchburg, NJ featuring five Trackman iO simulator bays (four open bays and one private bay) and a modern clubhouse-style environment where golfers can practice, compete, and connect year-round. The facility is designed to support both recreational play and player development while building a strong local golf community.
We are building more than a simulator business — we are building a community golf destination.
We are seeking a Facility Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help shape the culture of the facility as we launch.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the founders. You will oversee daily operations, help build a strong member community, and play a key role in how the business grows.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to run a golf environment, not just work in one. It is best suited for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in running a great operation, and is excited to help build something from the ground up.

Core Responsibilities
Facility Operations
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations
- Ensure simulator bays and common areas are clean, organized, and fully operational
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
- Manage inventory (retail items, supplies, amenities)
- Develop and refine operational systems and procedures
- Track and report key operational metrics including utilization, membership activity, and event performance
- Build relationships with customers
- Deliver high-touch service
- Resolve issues professionally
- Help create a welcoming clubhouse environment
- Plan leagues and tournaments
- Support corporate outings and private events
- Help build signature Unbound events
- Help maximize bookings across peak and off-peak hours
- Encourage repeat visits and engagement
- Support membership growth
- Identify engagement opportunities
- Track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Train and support team members
- Foster a positive and accountable team culture
- Hire part-time staff as the business grows

Compensation
Compensation includes:
- Base salary range: $50,000–$60,000
- Performance-based bonus opportunity
- Monthly healthcare stipend
- Paid time off
- Complimentary bay access during designated off-peak times (subject to availability)

Full-time onsite role including evenings and weekends based on facility needs.
