Responsibilities:

• ***WE WELCOME A GOLF PROFESSIONAL WHO IS INTERESTED IN SPLITTING TIME TEACHING & MANAGING.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of X-Golf, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
• Assist with developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Manage event planning and coordination, ensuring the seamless execution of events, such as golf tournaments, corporate events, and private parties.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to enhance the reputation and success of X-Golf.
• Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Help manage the budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving financial targets.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability within a fast paced environment
• Self-starter who is dependable and able to work independently if needed
• Maintain a friendly, clean, organized, safe and professional environment

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant General Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in bar/restaurant management, event planning, and staff management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• A passion for the entertainment and sports industries, with a strong knowledge of golf.
