*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of a prestigious golf club. This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate seamlessly, providing an exceptional environment for members and staff alike. The Facilities Manager will lead a dedicated team, manage maintenance projects, and uphold safety standards to maintain the club’s high-quality facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about facilities management and committed to excellence in a luxury recreational setting. *Duties* * Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures * Oversee the repair, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical systems repair * Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment performance and longevity * Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, repairs, or renovations, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion * Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex issues involving schematics, electrical circuits, HVAC systems, and mechanical components using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and schematics * Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors * Monitor facility conditions through routine inspections, CCTV surveillance, fence checks, yard audits, and emergency response procedures to ensure security and operational efficiency *Requirements* * Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within a high-end recreational or hospitality environment * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures * Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and facility management software such as CMMS * Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards related to electrical systems, mechanical systems repair, high voltage safety protocols, and general industrial maintenance practices * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting, planning, and communication purposes * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while motivating team members toward shared goals * Fluency in English with strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments * Relevant certifications in electrical work, HVAC repair, industrial maintenance or related fields are preferred * Ability to operate testing tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters confidently while adhering to safety guidelines Join us as our Facilities Manager to bring your expertise into a vibrant golf club environment where your leadership ensures exceptional facility quality.
