Bobby Jones Golf Course, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a full-time Facilities Manager. The historic Bobby Jones Golf Course became the home of golf in Georgia after a $32 million rebirth managed by Bobby Jones Links in 2018. It includes a revolutionary reversible golf course designed by Bob Cupp. It is home to the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame, The Georgia State Golf Association, The Georgia PGA Section, the Yates Himalayas Putting Course, Boone’s upscale eatery, and instructional programs focused on juniors, beginners, and adaptive golf.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager at Bobby Jones Golf Course include:
- Carrying out, supervising, or coordinating all club house repairs and general maintenance needed for equipment, furniture, masonry and building structure.
- Coordinating with vendors to organize specialized repairs.
- Creating new systems and programs related to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Making cost estimates for budgeting/contract review purposes.
- Ensuring that all building maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities are identified, scheduled, and completed.
- Assisting with occasional setup and breakdown for special events and outings.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related supplies.
- Safely operating all equipment.
- Ensuring that all facilities presentation and appearance is always clean, pleasing to the eye, and impeccable in its presentation.
- Assisting with special projects.
Required Skills
- Considerable experience in facility maintenance.
- The ability to provide exemplary customer service.

- Walk and stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; up to 75 lbs. occasionally and lift overhead and push/pull, move heavy objects.
- Be exposed to outside weather conditions including temperatures over 90 and below 40 degrees.
- Work near: moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
