We need a full time, Monday to Friday, golf expert to provide customer service and club building to join our team. You will be building new clubs to customer specifications, as well as repairing any that need it. You will be on the phone to customers, helping sell products or assist with any problems.

• Deep knowledge of golf with past playing experience to a good standard
• Be comfortable speaking and selling to customers on the phone, over email and via live chat
• Safely, accurately and consistently build clubs to exact customer specifications, including lie and swing weight adjustments
• Operate standard shop equipment safely and in line with policy
• Thorough knowledge of all club making processes and techniques
• Review and help improve any SOPs
• May work directly with customers so should be pleasant and courteous
• Knowledge of standard computer software such as Excel and Outlook
• At least 2 years club building experience

This is a full time role and the shop equipment is located in our warehouse, which can be hot during summer and cold during winter, so please consider that.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
