The Executive Housekeeper at Loch Lomond Golf Club is a key operational leader responsible for ensuring that the Club’s exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently met across all areas of the property. Set within the historic Rossdhu estate and recognized as one of Europe’s most exclusive private members’ clubs, Loch Lomond requires a meticulous, service-driven approach that enhances the experience for members and guests. This role is integral to preserving the Club’s reputation for excellence while supporting its ongoing commitment to quality and refinement.
In addition to overseeing daily housekeeping operations, the Executive Housekeeper serves as a collaborative partner to departmental leaders, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and team development. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, along with the ability to balance hands-on operational oversight with strategic planning. Founded in 1994, Loch Lomond Golf Club stands as one of Europe's most exclusive private members' clubs, nestled on the bonnie banks of Scotland's most famous loch. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, including accommodation, public areas, and laundry services. This individual ensures that the Club’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently achieved and maintained. This role provides leadership and direction to the housekeeping team, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance management while collaborating with other departments to support overall Club operations.
KEY PRIORITIES FOR SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONING
