THE JOB / Event Executive (Golf Sponsorships & Partnerships) (Luxury Automotive Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
- Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL.***
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the client’s grassroots golf program made up of 36 local qualifiers hosted throughout the U.S. This includes registering local dealerships, scheduling events with golf courses, event management and logistics and program reporting
- Support planning and execution of activations related to the client’s PGA TOUR event sponsorship
- Keep a pulse on golf industry trends and marketing tactics
- Manage client’s customer concierge inbox of inquiries about client’s programs with support from the Account Trainee
- Support the development of creative assets and consumer communications
- Use problem solving skills to address client challenges with impactful solutions
- Support weekly status calls and other key meetings with both internal and external constituents and take notes as necessary
- Serve as a trusted and reliable agency contact for clients, internal colleagues and brand partners
- Manage inventory of client sponsorship assets and activation materials throughout the year
- Support vehicle logistics related to client’s sponsorships and activations including onsite support where necessary
- Ensure various partners are aligned and informed on timelines, as well as keep projects moving alongside target dates and budgets
- Supervision Account Trainee and/or temporary staff, when applicable

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of marketing/sponsorship experience
- Experience with professional/amateur golf and/or event management
- Eagerness to make an overall account contribution with new partnerships and projects
- Strong communication, writing and client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel: Moderate (20-45%)
