The 10th Hole Indoor Golf Simulator Employee

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Golf Simulator Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for golf, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable using technology. In this role, you will ensure guests have an outstanding experience by assisting with simulator setup, providing basic instruction, maintaining a clean facility, and managing reservations and payments.

Responsibilities

• 
  Greet and check in customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
• 
  Set up and calibrate golf simulator equipment before each session.
• 
  Provide basic instruction on the operation of the golf simulators and software.
• 
  Monitor play to ensure equipment is used properly and all safety guidelines are followed.
• 
  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of simulator bays, common areas, meeting room, and patio.
• 
  Process customer payments and bookings while managing reservations through USchedule software.
• 
  Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• 
  Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 
  Interest in or knowledge of golf is strongly preferred.
• 
  Comfortable using technology, including touchscreen systems and software.
• 
  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 
  Available to work weekday and weekend evening shifts (3:45 pm to 10 pm).
• 
  Dependable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
