As a Electric Golf Cart Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing our fleet of golf carts to ensure they remain in optimal working condition. This role is essential to our operations, as reliable golf carts are critical to the experience of our members and guests. You will work closely with our grounds team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum performance across our fleet.
Key responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on golf carts, including oil changes, filter replacements, tyre servicing, and battery checks
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with golf carts and complete necessary repairs efficiently
Conduct comprehensive inspections of golf carts to identify potential problems before they become critical
Replace worn or damaged parts such as brakes, belts, hoses, and electrical components
Maintain detailed service records and logs for all golf carts in the fleet
Test repaired golf carts to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
Collaborate with the grounds team to schedule maintenance and plan for fleet repairs
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ordering replacements as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in automotive repair
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician, preferably with golf cart or small engine maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, battery systems, and electrical components
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults using specialised tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy components
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
Valid driver's licence and clear driving record
Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to be assign at Tagaytay City
