Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Transport: Safely drive a golf cart or other low-speed vehicle to transport individuals between buildings, parking lots, and other designated points on a scheduled or on-call basis.
- Safety Compliance: Operate the vehicle in strict accordance with all safety rules and regulations. Perform pre-operation checks on the vehicle (e.g., brakes, tires, horn).
- Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional service, assisting passengers on and off the vehicle as needed. Answer questions about the facility's layout and services.
- Light Logistics: Assist with the transport of light packages, mail, or supplies between locations on the property.
- Traffic Management: Be aware of pedestrian traffic, especially in high-footfall areas, and always operate the vehicle at a safe speed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean and report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to management immediately.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of the property's layout and traffic patterns.
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to protocols.
- Courteous, patient, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to perform minor physical tasks (e.g., assisting with packages).
