What You Will Be Doing


As the strategic leader for Titleist Golf Clubs within the On Course channel, this role shapes and executes the vision for how our clubs, wedges, and putters are featured and sold through Club Partner & Fitting locations, Titleist Staff Professionals, and our Fitting Events program. You will champion the development and delivery of impactful educational initiatives and promotional programs that elevate the expertise of On Course Professionals and Fitters. Your presence will be instrumental at Titleist Staff Days and other key events, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and deepening our connection with the golf community.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive revenue growth and elevate service standards across the On Course channel, aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative sales programs, ensuring optimal in-shop inventory and product selection.
  • Collaborate with Vokey and Scotty Cameron brand leaders to deliver compelling experiential and sell-in/sell-through opportunities.
  • Partner with the US Fitting Events Manager and Director of D2C Sales to design and implement a robust event strategy that connects with Dedicated Golfers and achieves key performance metrics.

Training & Education

  • Spearhead all educational efforts for On Course Club Partners and Fitters, including online training platforms, product launch education, local seminars, and advanced sessions at TPI.
  • Identify and empower top Fitters with elevated training and access to premium resources.
  • Develop content and coaching programs to equip US Sales Reps with best-in-class product presentation and sell-through strategies.

Forecasting & Analytics

  • Own and drive the On Course forecast and category-specific sales goals, informed by product launch cycles, sell-through data, and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the US Clubs Forecasting Manager to ensure accurate demand planning and alignment with Finance and Operations.
  • Analyze and communicate sales trends to senior leadership, providing actionable insights.

Preferred Player Program & Staff Engagement

  • Strengthen Titleists relationship with PGA Club Professionals through expert management of the $2.5M Preferred Player Program.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Titleist Staff Days and other high-profile events, fostering deeper engagement with our Staff Members.
  • Represent the Clubs business at premier industry events including the PPC, Section Championships, Pinehurst Invitational, Texas Staff Invitational, and Partners Conference.

Staff Product Returns - "Fund the Future"

  • Lead this strategic initiative in partnership with Sales, Operations, and Finance, overseeing communication, budgeting, and reporting to achieve a target of $1M in product value through Staff Player returns.

Global Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to international Sales Teams, supporting On Course program development, Staff & Influencer engagement, and sales training initiatives across global regions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree (BS or BA) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a Sales or Business Leadership role.
  • At least 3 years of Field Sales experience within the golf industry.
  • Experience with Golf Club Fitting or oversight of fitting programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for the game of golf and golf club products is essential.
  • Proven sales experience in the golf equipment space, including business and sales planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage both small and large groups.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Highly motivated team player with a strong focus on data, detail, and executional excellence.

Pay Range: $158,670.00-$206,230.00
