Member Experience:
- Leads the delivery of world class individualized service to members and guests creating a very enjoyable and memorable golf experience
- Oversee a premier caddie program.
- Supervise all golf play starting, on course pace & practice
- Track and teach member preferences
- Ensure accurate play records and submits charge detail to professional shop
- Coordinate all golf course play with the Superintendent
- Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling and supervision of all outside golf staff
- Maintain an exceptionally neat, properly functioning golf car fleet and repair records
- Oversees the golf supplies inventory (Pin sheets, Scorecards, tees, pencils, cart towels, Range balls)
- Manage the proper function and maintenance of outside golf ops equipment (Range picker, ball washer, pressure washer, air pump, club cleaners, washer, dryer)
- Proper tracking & safe storage of all member & guest property (clubs, umbrellas etc)
- Assist professional staff with enforcement of club policies
- Provide service to resident golf cars.
- Attend staff meetings and member functions as required
- Assists with recruiting, training, scheduling and supervision of all caddies
- Tracks caddie performance, member preferences and caddie work flow
- Maintains caddie supplies (bibs, hats, towels)
- Coordinates with professional staff on event preplanning, staging area, golf car and range set up, greet, service and farewell plan
- Caddie pre-assignment
