We are looking for an experienced Director of Master Planning to lead large-scale golf and residential development projects in Riyadh.
This is a senior leadership position for a candidate with strong experience in master planning, urban design, residential communities, golf developments, luxury real estate, and large-scale mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will have previously worked on major developments in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Ras Al Khaimah, and will be comfortable working onsite in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the master planning strategy for large-scale golf and residential projects.
- Oversee concept design, urban design, land-use planning, development layouts, and community planning.
- Work closely with clients, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Review and guide design proposals to ensure they meet project vision, commercial goals, and planning standards.
- Manage planning teams and external consultants across all master planning stages.
- Support presentations, design reviews, client workshops, and senior stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure the masterplan aligns with residential, leisure, hospitality, landscape, infrastructure, and commercial requirements.
- Provide strategic input on luxury residential communities, golf resorts, and destination-led developments.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Director of Master Planning, Master Planning Director, Urban Design Director, Planning Director, Principal Master Planner, or similar.
- Proven background in golf and residential development projects.
- Previous project experience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Ras Al Khaimah is strongly preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale real estate, luxury residential, resort, hospitality, mixed-use, or community developments.
- Strong understanding of urban design, master planning principles, development strategy, and project delivery.
- Ability to lead design teams and manage senior client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Riyadh.
