  • Establish sales goals and performance metrics for all golf programs and services, using data insights to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
Guest & Member Experience

  • Foster strong relationships with members, guests, and corporate clients.

  • Personally engage with players on and off the course, including social rounds as time allows.

  • Uphold course rules, create a welcoming culture, and continuously look for ways to enhance the experience.
Strategic Development

  • Lead the driving range upgrade project, including planning, communication, and integration into the broader golf experience.

  • Develop and implement the annual golf business plan and events calendar.

  • Coordinate and manage all golf operations communications, including newsletters, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee golf marketing initiatives including all promotional materials, play recruitment, yield management, golf packages, and outside events plus the promotion of new golf memberships
