The Role
- Lead the day-to-day golf operation and team
- Drive membership, events, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Develop relationships with members, guests, corporate clients, and golf partners
- Maintain exceptional service and operational standards
- Work closely with other departments to create premium guest experiences
- Manage budgets, performance, and commercial targets
About You
- Previous experience as a Director of Golf, Golf Manager, or similar senior role
- Strong understanding of golf operations and commercial development
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience within luxury hospitality, resorts, or golf environments preferred
- Commercially driven, hands-on, and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
