This luxury golf club is looking for a Director of Golf who wants to live in paradise, have views of the Pacific Ocean, and have the luxury of working for a world-class luxury resort.



Director of Golf Benefits

Director of Golf Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies for the department.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote golf courses to maximize profit.
• Be current on developments in the world of golf
• Prepare annual operating and CIP budget

Director of Golf Requirements

• 4-year college or equivalent in related work experience.
• PGA member in good standing
• Strong people management skills and financial acumen
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the golf course department
• Upbeat, pleasant and engaging personality
