About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and growth of our golf operations department.
Key Areas Include:
Golf operations and daily play experience
Retail and golf shop performance
Competitions, events, and member programming
Coaching, academy, and player development
Driving range and golf services
Lead all golf operations to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience
Drive revenue growth across all golf-related areas
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Oversee competitions and deliver an engaging golf program
Lead, develop, and manage golf operations staff
Build strong relationships with members, guests, and stakeholders
Work with marketing to grow participation and membership
Oversee merchandising and retail performance, including managing relationships with product suppliers
Proven experience in a senior golf operations role
Strong commercial and business acumen
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
PGA of Australia membership (preferred)
Experience with golf management systems (e.g., MiClub, Golf Connect)
Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience $90-100k + Super)
