Leadership and Management :
Provide strategic leadership for the golf department, setting and achieving goals to elevate the overall golf experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives for course improvement.

- Oversee and manage a team of golf operations staff and maintain our strong and collaborative relationship with the golf coaching team.
- Member and Guest Services :
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and guests, creating memorable experiences.
- Tournament and Event Management :
- Develop and implement strategies to attract external outings and international visitors.
- Financial Management :
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through innovative programs and services.
- Course Maintenance and Improvement :
Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives for course improvement.
It is essential that the successful candidate possess the following attributes :
- Strong organisation and time-keeping skills.
- Have a service orientated approach to Members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Members.
- Have an excellent command of the English language.
- Have a professional and positive attitude, with a personable approach to fellow team and Club Members.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the golf industry.
- Proven track record of successful golf operations management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of golf industry trends and best practices.
- Club management industry qualifications (BMI or MDP) are essential.
- Applications must possess the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
