This position is a management role reporting to the Senior Vice President TPC Operations of Golf Course Properties (GCP). Responsible for supporting overall business operations, performance and growth of the TPC Network, including conducting financial and operational analyses and developing financial forecasts, supporting corporate strategy development and implementation, preparing and collaborating on corporate marketing materials, and monitoring club and market/competitor statistics. Will assist with analyzing new business opportunities, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and strategic planning and execution.

Will assist with analyzing new business opportunities, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and strategic planning and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in Management Consulting and/or Business Development.
- Golf industry experience (personal or professional).
- Ability to analyze and present data in a concise manner for senior management.
- Experience working within teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PPT, Word) and club related software.
- Technical aptitude considered a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects daily.
- Support with overall TPC business operations, performance, and growth of the TPC Network.
- In collaboration with Finance and club-level management, prepare and maintain customized key performance metric reports, data-driven models, and financial forecasts.
- Prepare presentations for SVP TPC Operations, General Managers, and other leadership positions.
- Manage club statistics and key performance metrics such as rounds, memberships, revenues, payroll forecast, etc.
- Update club statistics for SVP TPC Operations, General Managers, etc.
- Prepare financial analyses for evaluating company and individual club performance and strategy.
- Maintain and evaluate geographic and demographic data relating to the TPC Network, its competitors, and the overall golf market.
- Create investment tools which can be used to evaluate overall value and/or rate of returns for specific projects or TPC strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the oversight and revenue management of TPC Vacations.
- Assist with analyzing, evaluating, and executing on, where appropriate, new business opportunities.
- Assist senior management in preparing corporate marketing materials and corresponding with internal and external parties on potential new business ventures.
- In collaboration with Finance, assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the entire TPC operations.
- Assist with strategic planning and execution to maximize both near-term and long-term profitability, productivity, and efficiency across the TPC Network.
- Partner with Data Analytics / Business Solutions to develop sophisticated measurement and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision making.
- Assist with the development and preparation of Board presentation materials.
- Maintain flexibility to take on new and different tasks on a daily basis.
