Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist will help support our UpNext program, our player development program specifically designed to connect today’s best and most passionate golfers with our game-changing technology at reduced prices.

Job Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Marketing & Brand Manager and Co-President(s), the Program Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for:

Organizing new program applications and ensuring timely candidate review and processing by the responsible internal parties

Ensuring all approved program members complete required legal documentation (e.g., contracts)

Responding promptly to all program member inquiries

Communicating with program members as needed via various channels, including email and social media

Assist with ensuring program members complete required program activities per contract (e.g., social engagement)

Maintaining program customer records in Salesforce, such as customer transactions, requests, and issues.

Coordinating with the proper internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Proofing relevant program Marketing assets and documents, (e.g., guides, manuals, email blasts, etc.)

Candidate Requirements

Reliable professional with positive attitude and excellent management and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experienced golfer with a comprehensive knowledge of the game (junior golf program experience a plus)

Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Previous Customer Service/support Experience (preferred)

Working knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
