\*\*Job Overview:\*\* We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will use a microphone to provide entertainment as you DJ to customers on the golf course. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Operate customer onboarding and handle transactions accurately. - Use microphone to DJ. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf course, redemption area, arcade and party room. - Assist in stocking inventory and supplies - Provide friendly and efficient customer service - Upsell products to customers when appropriate \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers - Willingness to learn and adapt to varying job duties Join our team as a Crew Member and be part of a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills in the culinary and customer service fields.
