Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member at Zaxby's! Responsibilities * Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety * Operate POS systems to process customer orders accurately and swiftly * Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction * Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas * Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively, supporting overall food preparation efforts Requirements * Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude * Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Zaxby's at World Golf Village in Saint Augustine is a locally owned and operated restaurant.
