We are looking for an experienced Crew Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and/or landscaping, as well as experience managing crews of workers. The Crew Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the crew, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget, and providing direction and guidance to the crew members. The successful candidate will also be expected to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a work crew.
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed.
• Train and evaluate crew members.
• Maintain records of crew members' performance.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency of the work crew.
• Provide guidance and direction to crew members in order to meet production goals.
• Resolve conflicts between crew members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
