What you can expect in a day in the role:
Duties
As a Golf Course Labourer, you will work hands on with our Greenkeeping team and assist with course development. Each day will bring different tasks, some duties will include:
- Assisting with irrigation, ground maintenance, and landscaping duties
- Prioritizing daily tasks as directed by the Golf Course Director
- Working with different machinery and assisting with golf course development
- Providing general labour assistance (lifting, digging, planting, etc.)
We're looking for a great attitude and someone who truly loves working outdoors!
You will enjoy physical work and be responsible for the following:
- Excellent time management skills with a strong work ethic
- A current manual driver’s license (required)
- White card (desirable, but training will be provided if not obtained)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- A team player with a passion for working outdoors and physical tasks
- Understanding of work health and safety requirements
