This role is hands-on and operational, demanding a commitment to upholding Avondale’s exacting standards day in, day out, through effective team leadership.
Key attributes we are looking for in successful candidates include :
- Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years at a supervisory or managerial level, preferably in a club, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting.
- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring impeccable service delivery by all Food & Beverage Attendants.
- Upholding the Club’s service, presentation, and cleanliness standards among the team.
- Efficient coordination of clubhouse setups for events, adhering to provided event orders and floor plans.
- Effective management of bar staff rostering and labor costs.
- Responsibility for bar stock management, including ordering and conducting monthly stock takes.
- Convenient on-site parking facilities.
- Nutritious, chef-prepared meals provided for all shifts.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities, including engaging monthly team meetings featuring activities like wine and cocktail tastings.
