_Seeking Cook with Kitchen Management Experience for our 2027 Season._ We are looking for an experienced, dependable cook who enjoys preparing tasty food and has the skills to help lead our kitchen. This position combines cooking with daily kitchen management, serving our members, guests, tournaments, and special events. We offer competitive wages, 50% off all meals, 25% off all Pro Shop, Free Golf. Start Date, April 2027 – May 2027 to October 2027 (subject to changes due to weather) · Working 40 Hours per week Responsibilities include. · Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily specials. · Baking always encouraged · Maintain consistent food quality, portions, and presentation. · Help plan weekly menus and prepare or direct meals for events. · Supervise and train kitchen staff, organize duties and prepare schedules. · Manage food ordering, inventory, and stock rotation. · Monitor food costs and reduce waste. · Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety practices. · Work closely with pro shop staff to keep service running smoothly. We are looking for someone for whom it is qualified. · Commercial cooking experience and earlier kitchen leadership experience. · Skills in menu planning, ordering, inventory, and food cost control. · Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to stay calm during busy service. · Alberta-recognized food safety certification, or willingness to obtain it before starting. · First aid certification would be an asset. Culinary training or journeyperson ~ Red Seal certification would be an asset. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled events.
