Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects across South East Melbourne and surrounding regions.
About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate works, maintain compliance, and ensure clear communication and efficient project delivery.

About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate works, maintain compliance, and ensure clear communication and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors across all aspects of golf course construction
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental controls, and company policies
Implement and monitor safety, environmental, and quality assurance systems
Manage scheduling, site logistics, and reporting requirements
Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track
To be successful, you will have:
5+ years’ experience in site supervision (civil, landscaping, or golf course construction)
Strong knowledge of quality management, environmental management, and workplace safety
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
Current driver’s licence and Construction White Card
