*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Plumbing In-Charge – Construction & Golf Course Operations* Eagleburg India Pvt. Ltd. *Contact:* 6363184016 *Department:* Engineering / Projects *Designation:* Plumbing In-Charge *Location:* Mysuru, Karnataka *Industry:* Construction & Golf Course Development / Operations *Reporting To:* Project Manager / Engineering Manager *Job Purpose* To supervise and manage all *plumbing works, installations, maintenance, and related activities* for construction projects and golf course facilities, ensuring proper execution, quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications. *Key Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate all *plumbing installation and maintenance works* at construction sites and golf course facilities. * Execute plumbing works as per *approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules*. * Manage installation of *water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water, irrigation, and plumbing systems*. * Coordinate plumbing works for *buildings, clubhouses, villas, landscape areas, restrooms, utility areas, and golf course facilities*. * Supervise installation and maintenance of *pipes, valves, pumps, tanks, water treatment systems, and related equipment*. * Coordinate with *civil, electrical, MEP, landscaping, irrigation, and other project teams* to avoid work clashes. * Monitor contractors, plumbers, technicians, and subcontractors and allocate daily work activities. * Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with required *quality standards and specifications*. * Conduct and supervise *pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, commissioning, and troubleshooting* of plumbing systems. * Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team for timely availability of materials. * Verify material quality and quantity received at the site. * Prepare and maintain *daily progress reports, material requirements, inspection records, and work completion reports*. * Identify plumbing issues, leakages, blockages, pressure problems, and system failures and ensure timely rectification. * Ensure proper maintenance of existing plumbing systems and facilities. * Ensure compliance with *site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies*. * Monitor manpower, productivity, and work progress to achieve project deadlines. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams whenever required. *Golf Course-Specific Responsibilities* * Supervise and maintain *golf course irrigation and water distribution systems*. * Coordinate installation and maintenance of *irrigation pipelines, sprinklers, valves, pumps, water tanks, and related systems*. * Monitor water pressure and distribution across golf course areas. * Coordinate with the *landscape and golf course maintenance team* for irrigation requirements. * Identify and rectify irrigation leakages, pipe damage, sprinkler failures, and water-flow issues. * Support water conservation and efficient water-management practices. *Qualification* * *Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing, or related field*. * Relevant plumbing/MEP certification will be an added advantage. *Experience* * *5–10 years of relevant experience* in plumbing works, preferably in *construction, real estate, hotels, resorts, golf courses, or large infrastructure projects*. * Experience in handling *plumbing contractors and site teams* is preferred. * Experience with *irrigation systems and golf course projects* will be an added advantage. *Required Skills* * Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems. * Knowledge of *water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water and irrigation systems*. * Ability to read and understand *plumbing drawings, layouts and BOQs*. * Good contractor and manpower management skills. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. * Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, valves, pumps and equipment. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines. * Strong focus on *quality and safety*. *Key Competencies* *Technical Knowledge | Team Management | Contractor Management | Quality Control | Safety Awareness | Problem Solving | Planning & Coordination | Time Management* *Salary* *As per industry standards and candidate's experience.* Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food provided * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
