Through our extensive network of 9 branches, we supply a range of quality brands to the golf and turf, agricultural, construction, and forestry industries. Our Rolleston dealership is seeking an experienced Service Technician to specialise in commercial mowing, golf equipment and utility vehicle maintenance. The successful candidate will be involved in servicing a range of small engine equipment covering our John Deere Golf & Turf equipment, Polaris utility vehicles and John Deere compact utility tractors. In this role you will: * Maintain and service a range of machinery including commercial mowing, golf & turf equipment, Polaris UTV's and compact tractors * Assemble and conduct checks on new machinery ensuring they are ready for delivery * Enjoy the variety of working out in the field and within a modern workshop * Be passionate about supporting our valued clients to achieve best outcomes * Complete and document required paperwork along with following our internal processes * Maintain and upskill your knowledge of new machinery, technical skills and servicing techniques with our support and provided training The successful candidate will have the following skills: * Be an experienced and qualified technician * Experience working with Golf & Turf or ATV's would be advantageous * Ability to use various IT solutions and diagnostic tools in daily activities * Able to systematically work through diagnostics and resolve issues in a timely manner * Excellent communications skills * Have a positive attitude, taking ownership of your work * Always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction At Drummond & Etheridge you will be joining a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to be successful in your career.
