Job Description
KSWIM is the Aquatics provider at the Seville Golf & Country Club. This is a year-round USA Swim Team consisting of approximately 40 year-round athletes from ages 8-17; and 30 Summer League swimmers. Kswim has just launched a learn-to-swim lessons program for ages 3 years and up, offering a full spectrum of swim lessons to the Seville membership and the community.
KSWIM seeks a full-time Head Coach & Lead instructor for our Swim team and lessons program.
Responsibilities:
The swim instructor is responsible for helping all members to succeed, develop and strengthen physical and social skills through group swim lessons, as well as being responsible for the safety of swimmers and following KSWIM guidelines.
Admin responsibilities include swim meet registration, online registration of swimmers, email communication, and attendance tracking.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 3:00-7:00; Saturdays 9 - 1
Opportunities:

Qualifications:
- Legal right to work in the United States. We are looking for a reliable, responsible individual with high energy and enthusiasm. A successful applicant must have enthusiasm for the sport
- Applicant should hold valid Lifeguard/CPR certification, prior club coaching experience with current USA coaching credentials is a plus
- Applicant must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and work well with others as well as connect with children
- Must obtain your CPO certification within 6 months, to serve as a backup to the lead CPO
- Must obtain Lifeguard Instructor Certification within 6 months
