Paid and rewarding, this role offers an exciting opportunity to blend childcare expertise with hospitality service in a beautiful setting. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and care for children of all ages, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times during club events or activities * Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity for toddlers through elementary school-age children * Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's needs, behavior, and daily activities to foster trust and transparency * Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid procedures and CPR readiness * Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children while respecting individual needs and developmental stages * Assist with meal times or snack distribution as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed * Collaborate with club staff to coordinate special events or youth programs that enhance the overall member experience *Experience* * Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs is essential * Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices * Experience caring for infants through elementary school-age children with an understanding of toddler care, preschooler care, and behavior management techniques * Proven ability to handle emergency situations confidently by applying first aid and CPR skills * Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare * Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration * Classroom or activity planning experience tailored to young children’s needs is highly desirable This role invites passionate caregivers who thrive in lively environments where they can make a meaningful difference in children's lives while contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of our golf club.
