Job Summary:
  • To lead Golf Saudi Equipment Leasing Co. (LeasingCo) and provide enterprise-wide strategic, commercial, financial, and operational direction from establishment and launch through sustainable growth. The role owns the company’s P&L, business performance, asset value preservation, stakeholder confidence, governance, and people leadership, while building a scalable leasing operating model aligned with Golf Saudi’s strategic objectives and leveraging shared services until dedicated in-house capabilities are justified.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company’s vision, strategy, and business plan, translating shareholder priorities into clear objectives, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the overall P&L, annual budget, forecasts, capital allocation, cash discipline, and long-term value creation across LeasingCo.
  • Establish the legal entity and scalable operating model, sequencing the organization’s development from launch to steady state against clear activation triggers.
  • Lead the company’s core divisions, including Finance, Commercial, and Operations, together with Administration as capabilities transition in-house.
  • Drive the initial business with Golf Saudi courses through purchase-and-leaseback solutions, then develop and convert the external-course pipeline.
  • Set commercial direction across pricing, leasing packages, revenue growth, target margins, and customer propositions in partnership with Finance.
  • Secure and manage equity, financing, OEM, distributor, and strategic partner relationships, including joint-venture structuring and governance where applicable.
  • Protect fleet utilization, service quality, residual asset value, and lifecycle performance across the leasing portfolio through clear KPIs and management oversight.
  • Establish the governance framework, delegated authorities, policies, internal controls, risk management, and performance-management cadence required for effective operations.
  • Coordinate with Golf Saudi operating companies and shared-service functions to originate demand, support business readiness, and enable effective delivery.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team; set clear accountabilities, strengthen succession readiness, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Board, GS HoldCo, regulators, investors, financing partners, OEMs, distributors, customers, and other strategic stakeholders, providing transparent and timely reporting.
  • Champion continuous improvement and technology-enabled decision making, using commercial, operational, asset, and financial insights to improve performance and scale the business while ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in leasing, asset finance, equipment operations, or a comparable capital-intensive services business, including significant executive accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, operations, and large teams. Demonstrated experience establishing or scaling a business unit and managing partners or joint ventures is preferred, with KSA market experience an advantage.
