Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for member dining and functions
- Keep your section organised and ready for service
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent presentation and portion sizes
- Help with deliveries, stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean
- Work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team
- Recently qualified or have some experience in a commercial kitchen
- Good basic cooking skills and an understanding of food safety
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions when you need help
- Work well with others and keep a level head during busy services
- Available to work weekends and some evenings for functions
