- Train junior kitchen staff
- Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Cook all the menu items and follow seniors' instruction
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Assisting other co-workers to keep the kitchen area neat and clean all the time.
