Key Responsibilities
- Run a smooth breakfast service while maintaining a consistent level of quality at all times.
- Use an eye for quality to produce high‑quality breakfast items from fresh ingredients and support the rest of the kitchen team when needed.
- Prepare breakfast food specials.
- Maintain stock and control waste.
- Follow HACCP guidelines.
- Check and maintain storage areas, following correct storage protocol.
- Quality‑control all food items delivered.
- Observe and meticulously follow regulations on food storage, hygiene and temperature control.
- Well‑organized and structured approach.
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef in a high‑quality volume restaurant environment.
- Passionate about fresh food with a desire to learn and work hard.
- Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment.
