Duties
- Operate golf carts safely and efficiently while assisting members and guests throughout the day
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed during cart operation, including manual handling and heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting with guest needs
- Process cash transactions using POS systems for rental fees or other services
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of golf carts, reporting any issues promptly
- Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving conflicts or concerns with tact and diplomacy
- Support event management activities by coordinating cart logistics for tournaments or special events
- Previous experience in outdoor work environments or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in public speaking situations
- Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR and first aid certification is a plus
- Experience working with children or in event venue settings enhances your suitability for this role
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments efficiently
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy carts or equipment
- Familiarity with retail sales, food service, or resort environments is advantageous
- Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally
- Experience with outdoor activities like golf or tennis is beneficial but not required
