Full job description Position Title: Call Center Agent - Forest Dale Golf Course Job Description: Forest Dale Golf Course is now hiring a Part-Time Call Center Agent!

Responsible for general customer service duties and scheduling reservations for customers. TYPICAL DUTIES

• Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
• Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and workspace.
• Assists in other golf operations as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
• Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
• Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
