Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CGN Broadcast and Communications team on production concepts and execution.
- Meet with CGN staff to discuss broadcast plans and logistics.
- Provide creative and practical input during planning.
- Operate a camera on the golf course, capturing live action.
- Troubleshoot technical and practical issues as they arise.
- Edit footage as needed.
- Perform additional production-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation and equipment (tripods, stabilizers, etc.).
- Familiarity with golf and the ability to track players on the course.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think quickly and act decisively in fast-paced situations.
- Physical ability to:
- Be on your feet for up to 80% of the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Stand, bend, stoop, twist, and turn for prolonged periods.
- Work in various weather conditions, including prolonged sun exposure.
- Strong color vision and hearing for high-quality video capture.
- Degree in film, media production, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a production assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry terminology.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
