Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Security Officers to fill multiple positions at various residential communities and assigned sites. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, maintain a professional presence, and are committed to providing quality security services.

Available positions include Golf Cart Patrol Officers and Vehicle Patrol Officers responsible for community patrols, parking enforcement, access monitoring, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

We are looking for:

• Vehicle Patrol: Saturday - Sunday from 2pm to 10pm and Monday - Tuesday from 10pm to 6am
• Vehicle Patrol: Wednesday to Sunday from 10pm to 6am
• Golf Cart Patrol/ Vehicle Patrol: Tuesday - Wednesday from 9pm to 5am and Thursday - Friday from 11pm to 7am
• Golf Cart Patrol: Thursday to Monday frim 9pm to 5am

Areas: Doral, 33178/ Homestead, 33035/ Miami , 33185

Duties
Golf Cart Patrol Security Officer

• Patrol residential communities and assigned properties using a golf cart.
• Conduct routine patrols of parking areas, buildings, entrances, and common areas.
• Monitor parking compliance and report unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles.
• Identify suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns.
• Conduct foot patrols when necessary.
• Respond to resident concerns and report incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.

Vehicle Patrol Security Officer

• Conduct security patrols of assigned sites using a company patrol vehicle.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, property damage, safety hazards, and security violations.
• Enforce site-specific parking regulations and access procedures as assigned.
• Respond to incidents and requests for assistance in accordance with post orders.
• Operate the patrol vehicle safely and responsibly at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You must have a valid Class D License;
• You must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be able to read, write and understand Spanish
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
