Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency.
- Engage with members and guests to provide recommendations on cocktails, wine, and food pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring it is fully stocked with all necessary products, garnishes, and supplies.
- Work closely with the serving team to fulfill drink orders promptly and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about seasonal wines, cocktails, and menu items, with the ability to make pairing suggestions.
- Follow all Smart Serve guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, assisting with restocking and ordering as needed.
- Create a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for all members and guests.
- Assist with event bartending, ensuring seamless service for tournaments, private functions, and club gatherings.
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or private club setting.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology and hospitality.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Experience with POS systems (JONAS knowledge is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work in a beautiful, private club setting on the shores of Stoney Lake.
