*Overview* Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, Server, and Golf Simulator Attendant—a vibrant role that combines the art of craft beverage service with engaging hospitality and recreational experiences. In this multifaceted position, you'll craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure guests enjoy seamless access to our state-of-the-art golf simulation facilities. This paid role (Hourly +Tips) offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a lively environment that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality and entertainment. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology expertise and beverage recipe development skills * Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service * Prepare and cook menu items according to established procedures. Responsibilities include basic food preparation, operating kitchen equipment, assembling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized food preparation area. * Operate golf booking systems accurately and efficiently. Process cash and credit card transactions,make and manage golf simulator reservations for customers, assist customers with booking questions, and help coordinate tee times and simulator availability. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere * Operate golf simulators with technical proficiency, assisting guests in booking sessions and explaining features of the equipment * Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all service areas following food safety protocols and food handling regulations * Support bar management by assisting with inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws * Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within the hospitality industry * Experirnce in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and brewing or craft beer familiarity * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and attentively * Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods * Basic math skills for retail math, food handling calculations, and cash handling procedures * Familiarity with food safety standards and food industry best practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
