Open until Filled The City of Deming is seeking qualified applicants for Bartender positions at the Rio Mimbres Golf Course. Under the direction of the Lead Bartender or designee, selected applicants will perform a variety of duties focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a service- oriented approach to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking and serving food and beverage orders, and maintaining compliance with the New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification requirements, applicable health department regulations, and all Rio Mimbres Golf Course Bar and Restaurant customer service guidelines. Minimum Qualification Standards: • Minimum 21 Years of age with a Server’s License • Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers • Food safety training will be considered an asset • Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system A valid New Mexico driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. This position is full-time seasonal/temporary, will not exceed 6 months, and does not include fringe benefits.
